Ingredients: Certified Organic - Sweet Orange, Cedarwood atlas, Lime, Bergamot, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Geranium.

Suggested Use: This balanced essential oil blend has been designed to help promote and maintain a balanced and serene internal and external environment.  By remaining present, mindful and centred; by avoiding reliving the past or overthinking the future we can find a sense of balance and serenity.  Use our balanced essential oil blend in a diffuser, personal inhaler, oil burner, oil vaporiser, dilute into a carrier oil for a calming massage, or pop onto cotton wool balls and hide them safely around the house and/or car for a long-lasting beautiful aroma.

Cautions: It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities.  Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.  It is recommended to avoid ultraviolet light for 12-18 hours after skin application in leave-on products such as perfumes, lotions, massage oil.  If used in wash-off products such as soaps or shampoos there is no risk of sensitisation.   

We do not recommend these products as a replacement for traditional medicine.
