Suggested Use: This citrus symphony essential oil blend may help to ease feelings of anxiety, nervousness, unease and foggy thinking while supporting feeling uplifted, focused, calm and less overwhelmed.  Use our citrus symphony essential oil blend in a diffuser, personal inhaler, oil burner, oil vaporiser, dilute into a carrier oil for a calming massage, or pop onto cotton wool balls and hide them safely around the house and/or car for a long-lasting beautiful aroma. 

I am loving using this blend during the colder weather as it reminds me of spring and sunshine.
