Rose damask hydrosol smells very similar to a fresh rose flower. When diluted in water it has a delicate floral taste which is quite nice. Undiluted it is very strong. It's shelf life is approximately around 2 years. The hydrosol is made from dried rose petals.

Rose damask hydrosol is cooling & a mild astringent. It is often used in skin care for all skin types, but especially for dry, mature & sensitive skin. It can be used to help soothe, refresh, firm, regenerate, balance & soften skin. May be used on cotton pads to place over sore, tired eyes. Can be used to treat sunburn, wounds, & rashes. Rose hydrosol is uplifting & can assist with nervousness, anxiety, insomnia & stress. Spiritually rose is considered to have one of the highest vibrations of any essential oil/hydrosol, it may promote balance, help us with emotional processing & support us with decision making. Rose can help us to love ourselves & help us to heal emotional, heart centred wounds.

Uses - Room spray, face / body spritz or spray, diffuser, compress, face wipe, bath, tea or drink, skin care. Can be used in cooking - deserts, baking, drinks, glass of champagne.
