This is an essential oil blend designed especially for babies and children from the age of 6 months onwards to aid in calming and sleep promotion.

With the beautiful scents of roman chamomile, lavender and petitgrain, it smells exquisite in a diffuser or as a mist spray.

This contains Chamomile Absolute giving a far superior aroma and outcome to any other.

Personally, I diffuse mine 30 minutes before my daughter is going to sleep to create the smell in the room and then put it on for 30 minutes when she goes to bed.
