White Sage Smudge Stick (Mini)

The sacred ritual of purification through smoke using white sage, allows us to cleanse both our surroundings and self.

To begin... simply light the smudging stick, gently blowing on the glowing embers to release a cleansing and purifying smoke.  I recommend using a heat/fire proof dish under the smudge stick to catch any falling ash or embers.  You can use white sage to cleanse your body and aura, create a harmonious atmosphere in your home, cleanse and enhance the energy in your office, or to cleanse and prepare healing spaces.

The smudge stick can either be put out manually or left to stop smoking on it's own (ensuring it is somewhere safe, where it will not catch fire).
