Suggested Use: Our happiness essential oil blend may be used to promote feelings of happiness, wellbeing and calm.  I love using this blend with the intention to not only put a big smile on my face, but to also help with consciously choosing to feel happy.  Use our happiness essential oil blend in a diffuser, personal inhaler, oil burner, oil vaporiser, dilute into a carrier oil for a calming massage, or pop onto cotton wool balls and hide them safely around the house and/or car for a long-lasting beautiful aroma.   

Cautions:  It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities.  Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.  It is recommended to avoid ultraviolet light for 12-18 hours after skin application in leave-on products such as perfumes, lotions, massage oil.  If used in wash-off products such as soaps or shampoos there is no risk of sensitisation.

We do not recommend these products as a replacement for traditional medicine.
