Properties: Lemongrass can be used to help with digestive issues, pain & inflammation, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, headaches, respiratory issues, fungal infections, insect repellent, household cleaning.  It is often used as an anti-inflammatory, to help lower cholesterol, to help prevent and treat infections & to boost oral health.

Use: Tea, tincture, decoction, cooking, infused oil, steam inhalation, skin care, household cleaners.

Precautions:  Consuming large amounts may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.  Lemongrass is toxic to cats.
